How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have owned three businesses and have sold them prior to getting into real estate in 2000. Our past businesses were related to homes and we decided since we love architecture and having personal relationships with Buyers and Sellers that real estate would be the perfect business for us to pursue. We have been the top listing and selling agents over the past 14 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We live, eat and breathe coastal real estate. We are very good problem solvers and negotiators. When you hire us you are hiring two broker associates who owned the Coldwell Banker franchise from 2003-2012. In 2012 NRT the largest owner of Coldwell Banker franchises acquired our business. We now are part of the number one franchise in Bodega Bay, Sonoma County, California and the US.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are part of a network of 65 office throughout Northern California.
