Our Alternative Finance programs are also known as hard money or private money loans. These are mortgages done by individuals. They make loans to borrowers who have equity in their home or a decent down payment on a purchase. Instead of getting a mortgage from the bank you get a mortgage from an individual who lives locally and we are the Broker who ensures all laws and regulations are followed for both sides.
We are always interested in working with more real estate Investors who want to make higher interest rate on their investments.
We also offer this financing for primary residences or owner occupied purchases, non-owner, multi-units, some commercial and some land. We had a true personal desire to help others in California with honest real estate financial services, so we bought out a real estate & mortgage company we were working for and evolved it into the current family owned & operated company which helps those turned down elsewhere.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are all family, we have integrity, are quick to communicate and make each transaction the quickest and smoothest possible. Throughout my tenure as the Broker, I worked diligently to deliver the best service to all our customers and received the prestigious Model-Of-Admin-Know-How Award from WISE International for 10 consecutive years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just this one in Santa Rosa, CA. We like our family owned and operated company and are proud to serve all of California with our creative financing for real estate.

Heading North on the 101 take the College Exit and when you hit the big Mendocino - College intersection, take a left and then we are at the first right you can take on a street called "Benton". Our sign is out front and there is street parking and a parking lot in back.

Husband and Wife: Forest & Lynn co-own this company and are licensed Broker and Realtors. We own and run our company along with our eldest son who is also a Loan Originator and his wife, our daughter 'n law who is a licensed Real Estate Agent and our Marketing Director. We also have Forest's 2 sisters who are the Loan Processors for the company. We are truly family owned and operated!

9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
