What is your primary product or service?
STP, Inc. is an outsourced IT organization. We service a wide range of technologies: Microsoft servers and PC repair/desktop support, Linux and open source development, network design and troubleshooting, remote monitoring of critical devices. We also offer a web-based request tracking platform for managers looking for transparent accountability.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
STP has a broad view of how various schools and business implement their IT infrastructure in diverse ways. As a result of that experience, we have unique insight into the ways that technology is being leveraged by businesses to competitively position themselves in the market. We assist many Sonoma school districts in advancing their goal of educating the next generation of students.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We service all of Sonoma County with engineers in Napa, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and Sebastopol.
