How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for 20 years here in Marin County. Glenn has over 30 years experience in the dental industry.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in rapid turnaround on dental handpieces, with one day service for high speeds. We repair all makes and models of air and electric handpieces, including low speed motors and attachments.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started in the dental business as a manufacturer's representative for dental equipment in 1984, eventually working for Star Dental. After sterilization hit in 1992 I recognized a need for fast, friendly LOCAL repair service, so I left Star and we started our own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With over twenty years of handpiece experience, Glenn knows all about repair techniques and preventive maintenance. Glenn is the ONLY Midwest Factory Trained & Certified technician in Northern CA. We are completely independent, and enjoy excellent communication with our clients. We provide friendly, personalized service second to none. Glenn or Lori answers the telephone, and you are treated in a positive professional manner (ok, with a little fun thrown in).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We own our own office location here in Novato, and we raised 3 kids here, so we are not going anywhere!
