Since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate Buyer's Broker -- accepts no property listings; only represents buyers with absolutely no conflict of interest -- to each and every property for sale, whether listed on the MLS, for-sale-by-owner (FSBOs), or foreclosures (REOs).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a buyer of real estrate for investment, had been involved in severla transactions where the agent representing me was also represnting the seller. When the deals were done, I was relatively certain that my best interests (the preservation of which, were owed to me by the agent representing me) had not been properly served.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As the only brokerage North of the Golden Gate Bridge and as far East as the Sierra Foothills that accepts no listings, we therefore, have no properties to sell. Our clientele are shown each and every property that suits their needs or interests. Not just those on which we might earn, as a "dual agent," a double commission.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have locations in Petaluma and Santa Rosa. Expansion plans are pending.

Highway 101 north or south to Downtown Santa Rosa Exit; east to E Street (four blocks); on East side of E Street, in three-story office building, in storefront office (suite 108); ample parking directly across the street in large open-air parking lot.
What type of payments do you accept?
All our compensation is paid by the sellers through the unilateral offering of commission by their listing agents through the Multiple Listing Service.

Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties.

By appointment, or drop in, 9:00 to 5:00 M-F and by appointment only on weekends.
