How long have you been in business?
Started in personal production with New York Life in 1980 and was formerly their director of training in San Francisco.
What is your primary product or service?
Individual and small group Health Insurance and related employee benefits.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was recruited by New York Life in 1974. They have a great training system. I was their training manager and hold both CLU and ChFC designations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We make the process of choosing an appropriate health insurance plan easy as well as navigating the application process with clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Most of our business is done online and our territory is the state of California. We meet in person with local clients. Our business is always growing so expansion would only mean another computer.
