How long have you been in business?
Our company was originally the Continental Tea and Crockery Co. in downtown Santa Rosa which started business in 1898. Lee Hardisty bought the business in 1924 and changed the name to Lee Hardisty's Quality Goods.
What is your primary product or service?
Our specialty is Housewares. Cookware, Appliances and Kitchen Tools & Gadgets, Gourmet Coffees and Teas make up our product assortment. We are unique in that we back our products with an on site Service Dept. We are an Authorized Service Center for Small Appliances and Electric Shavers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Hardisty's is owned and operated by fourth generation family members. Housewares, Coffee and Tea is what we do!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
No one can match our selection. We are the experts in the Housewares catagory. And, no one backs thier products with in-house service like Hardisty's.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our "brick & mortar" store is in Santa Rosa and we sell world-wide on Hardistys.com
