Long delayed realization of my wife's ambition since she qualified as a chef/food instructor some years ago
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
English cottage style comfort and personal ownership (English couple). Owners are involved in all aspects of the business and come into daily contact with all our guests
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and since we run things personally we do not plan to expand

Highway 12 east from Hwy 101. Travel 5 miles and turn right at the stoplights for LOS ALAMOS. At the bottom of the hill ( 300 yds) turn right, proceed 200 yds and fork right onto Melita Road in front of the inn.
