Pacific Connection Catering & Event Design is a Santa Rosa based company founded in 1989 by Chef/Partner Donna Wegener and Managing Partner Rob Gronbach. The catering formula is to achieve a personal and unique atmosphere, not one of massed produced catering. Chef de Cuisine Donna Wegener and her staff consistently present visually exciting and superb tasting dishes using the freshest ingredients. And although Pacific Connection's kitchen has acquired a reputation for its’ extraordinary cuisine, equal emphasis is placed on the professionalism of the service staff, tabletop and buffet designs and creating a uniquely special dining room ambiance.
Pacific Connection offers seated dinners, buffets, cocktail parties and barbecues for weddings, corporate events, private functions and fundraisers and is able to assist with design & theme, lighting, music, props, tenting & staging.
